2. Love is more than a feeling because if it was just a feeling it would suffer because feelings come and go and change form to suit the environment and how it feels at a particular mood.

3. Love gets disappointed, but because it's not conditional, it keeps forging ahead and overcoming all odds despite being let down. True love is not without its own "dramas".

4. Real love is a mystery but it is not mysterious. It works from the inside out transforming the one who gives it and the one who receives it. It is a miracle indeed

5. The notion of love has been abused by others for financial gain or misrepresenting it as lust, love is perfect, pure and kind, love covers a multitude of sins

6. Love was never created to satisfy anyone's perverse nature, it prefers others, is not selfish and self serving.

7. Love is the giving, the sacrificing, and the comfort you bring to your loved one, sometimes at your very own expense

8. Love humbles itself, esteems itself not but does so for others.

The reason why love is such a yearned after, yet most misunderstood subject is because it was never meant to be experienced outside of a relationship with God who is everlasting and who is love. Any kind of love that exists outside of Him is probably the type that is perverted. I need a love that is pure and true.
