Turn Off Stimulants - What are stimulants? They are energy eaters - that's what! Stimulants are your TV, computer and phone (just to name a few). These things take your energy, especially when they aren't used to create anything of real importance.

Meditating - The most successful people meditate every single day. It helps them retain energy, calm down, and stay focused throughout the day.

The most unnatural thing you can do to gain energy is use an energy drink. The result is so temporary, yet so addicting. Most people have an energy drink socially or with friends. After the first one they become addicted. Any type of caffeine, even soda and coffee, can kill your energy field long term.

Any time you're are about to get an energy drink ask yourself: Do you want to take the time to learn how to harness energy within? Or be dependent on a drink the rest of your life?
