Some of us presume that we love our lives more than anything, but that is not always the case. Below is my line of reasoning:

He knows a lot about a car he bought yesterday, than he knows about the body of his lifetime.
- He owns a sleek car and he owns a body.
- He has the time to study the car manual, but has no time to study his health needs.
- He knows how well to upkeep his car's engine, but cares less about his body's engine - the heart.
- He knows the best oil for his car engine, but he has no idea about his joint lubricants.
- He knows the best cleansers for the inside and outside of his car, but knows little of his blood vessel cleansers.
Would you be different? Then:
KNOW THE LAWS THAT GOVERN YOUR BODY
These laws are universal because they are found in nature, and nature is a universal phenomenon. They are nature laws. The good thing is that they are few and not far fetched. They are;
1) The biggest percentage of the human body is composed of water. This means that your body is in love with water. Drink water to make your body tick.
2) Your lungs constantly dispel of carbon dioxide as they let in oxygen. Make it a habit to maintain an upright position whether you are standing, sitting or sleeping. This is to avoid constricting the lungs from opening up. Engage in outdoor life and keep your windows open to let in fresh air. Ventilate your lungs to make your body tick.
3) We are what we eat. Eat junk food and you will look and feel jumbled. Add fresh foods to your daily diet and you will look fresh. Remember the doctor's injunction, 'an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. Mind what you eat to make your body tick.
4) Even if you decided to work 24 hours a day to finish the work, it will never be done away with. Keep both ends of the candle burning for most hours of the night and you are burning your life to hell. Or rather take 7 to 8 hours of rest everyday and you will be surprised at how much you can accomplish the following day! Please relax and take a rest to make your body tick.
5) Having taken your fresh foods, you have ensured plenty of antioxidants. Those entities wage a war against radicals that could threaten you from the sun's rays. Therefore, nothing to fear as you bask in moderate sunlight to get your intake of vitamin D. vitamin D is an important regulator hormone needed for all organs and tissues. Have sunlight exposure to make your body tick.
6) Every part of your body keeps good momentum when it is accessed by blood. You know man's life is in the hands of the blood. Exercise contracts and relaxes your muscles and blood vessels, sending blood to all corners of your body. Engage in moderate exercise to make your body tick.
7) Germs, mites and bacteria love to dwell in dirty places and dirty bodies. By keeping your home and body clean they would not find a friend in you. Be hygienic to make your body tick.
8) Finally, problems and troubles are constantly on the lookout for you to stress you, and man has taken to anti-depressants as if they can ever help. Christians are Christians because they have a shock absorber. It is none other but God the Almighty. Learn to pray and to trust in God and life will tick.
