A lot of the time these hyper-motivated guys can last a week on pure short-term motivation. But as more time goes by they lose that motivation, because big life changes are not easy. Where as before you watched TV for two hours, you are now in the gym and pushing your body. It can be easy to get discouraged.
So What Does This Mean To You?
If you have decided to get rid of man boobs, take it one step at a time. Can you work out for a simple 15 minutes twice a week? (Hint: It can be as simple as light jogging and push-ups if you really don't know too much about a good workout plan). Can you try cutting out soda and fast food down to once a week or less? Then maybe after a week of both of those you can try working out more and cutting down on the soda and fast food even more?
These are just a few ideas but you get the idea. Slow and steady wins the race and if you can just continue this approach for 30 days (30 days is not a lot if you take it one day at a time) you will see results and I guarantee that it's only a matter of time before you get rid of man boobs for good.
