These exercises are designed specifically for length, not girth (you do other exercises for girth) - and they can add more length to your penis than any other type of exercise. Many penis exercise programs leave this type of exercise out completely or they don't give you enough information to do it effectively or safely.
The suspensory ligament is the bundle of fibers that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. If it is stretched in just the right way, the part of the penis that is inside the body will drop down to the outside which can dramatically improve the length of the penis.
