The direct approach of pick-up

This is basically how it sounds. You are not masking your motives in this approach, you basically go up to a girl, let her know your interested and try to leave with a number. I find the direct approach works best either when you are out in the day time, you know grocery shopping or actually know the girl a little. Or when your in a hurry and don't have much time to build rapport.

The indirect approach

Okay in this approach you would basically try to "come in under the radar". If the girl is in a group you would start talking to the group and maybe even ignore the girl your interested in a little. This particular approach is typically best used when talking to strangers, or when picking up women at clubs or other crowded places.

Pick up women using routines

Routines are basically scripts for you to say to women to either open a conversation or build rapport. Routines are usually best for beginners as having an arsenal of routines will give beginners more confidence when talking to women.

Pick up women using natural game

Natural game is basically being able to carry on conversations and build attraction with women with out the aid of any pre-scripted routines. While natural game can be much harder for beginners, It is a lot more flexible than using routines. On top of that it feels more natural to the girl who may feel like your being fake if you use routines.
