Onions can also improve long-term memory because it contains fisetin that is a natural flavor. Substituting onion rings instead of eating potato chips will be a great help for our brains. You can also include onions when you sautee garlic and tomato for an added taste. The red onions are far tastier compared to the white ones and yellow ones because the taste of it is more concentrated than others.

Fruits like Apple, oranges, peaches, kiwi fruit, persimmons and grapes also contain fisetin which is a very good memory booster. Berries like blueberry and strawberries also help to stimulate the pathways to improving the long-term memory of our brain.
