Increased energy, smaller waistlines, better posture, reduced tensions, better distribution of body fat, better sleep, and most importantly, an improved relationship. I skip for 5 minutes every morning, followed by stretching and weight training. I cut out sugar, chocolates, fizzy cold drinks and fast foods and limit my alcohol consumption.

All your effort will produce great rewards. I can only speak for myself. I feel great! Especially after my wife commented that I look good. This has inspired me to stick to my exercise and eating plan.
