It's about focus, your mind stays in one place without wandering back into the past or way into the future. It's all about whats in the "now."

4. Relationships

Spending time with family & friends; nurturing these relationships brings on conversation. Being with someone you love can uplift you. Receptivity to meeting new people allows fresh energy & meaningful opportunities to come about. Strengthen your relationship with yourself. Learning more about yourself helps to grow healthy relationships with others. Then you know what you want, what you'll accept and who's company feels positive. "Me" time is a must.

5. Cleansing

Have a skincare regime. keep it simple, light & believe in it. Believing in what you do is important to feed the energy of progress and results. Detoxing is great for the mind and the body. Fruit & veggy meals, smoothies, teas are safe healthy ways to cleanse. Information Dieting, from the ways of the world can free your mind. Take a break.
