Perhaps the truth is that we really don't know what the real benefits of the sauna are. It is easy to spout the hype and shout from the rooftops that it is a healthy exercise and one that we should indulge daily. But do you really believe it? Below I will share my feelings and thoughts about the sauna. But, what is your motivation? Do you just read half asleep and accept or do you read, analyze and either agree or disagree. If you disagree, do you plan to take action?

So, leaving those thoughts to one side for the moment. there is a wonderful world waiting for you. Those who are passionate about any subject will be ready to drown you with material which supports that belief. These days it isn't really necessary to feel anything. You can always find something or someone who will support any idea or attitude you might have.
