1. Perfections vs. Imperfections

You're just as guilty of us as wanting the perfect partner. Not someone who matches our ideal physical attributes, but also someone who has a nice disposition that suits us. We all know that as long as we want it, we'll never get it.

Ultimately, we are going to have to find people who are close and good enough to what we want. Someone who can compromise well enough in a relationship and be happy with their partner will be a lot happier than someone else who gets everything they want in a partner. Why is this?

2. It Takes Two To Tango

How much of a relationship will it be if there is one perfect person and one imperfect person? Here, I am assuming that the imperfect person is you. If your man is perfect, then there's going to be a few things that are occurring.

Being perfect is a lot of work. It requires a lot of maintenance. If he's perfect, he probably doesn't have the time for you. Secondly, if he's spending more time on himself, he probably doesn't care about you. Even if he did, you can't offer him anything in return, since he's perfect anyway.

3. Mutual Improvement

If we choose women who are "5's", "6's" or "7's", then we're already really lucky. These women are half way there, but they're not perfect. We're not perfect either. The great fun in being in a relationship is helping each other out and learning about these imperfections and growing into a better person by adapting to it.

Ultimately in life, we are always going to deal with imperfect people. Having a partner who is imperfect will make this task a lot easier.

So believe it or not, but if you've been trying to get better at understanding men, then this point will really help expedite the process. We want women who are imperfect because that will allow us to grow with you. There is also a lot more love to be gained in the long term out of relationship where both people are not perfect, because both people can encourage each other to become better people.
