  1. Domain age one of the easiest and well known ways to avoid the sandbox is to buy an aged domain. Google will let new web sites by sometimes if the domain has some age to it. But don't always depend on it.

  2. speed and number of links that a site acquires is a significant factor. if a new site shows up and suddenly has 10,000 back links in a few days or even hours than Google will probably put it in the sand box. Try to build good quality links at a steady pace. To make it appear natural to the search engines.

  3. trustworthiness of the links find good quality directories and web sites to get links from.

  4. Link relevancy search engines love links that are relevant to the site that is linking to you.

  5. Anchor text variety change up the anchor text to your links or it will not appear natural to the search engines. Use your targeted keywords, longtail version of the targeted keyword, plus use your domain every now and then.
