It could be that they have been just as busy, and this is even better, as you can both share the experience of bringing yourselves down to a level of relaxation. It is far more comforting to switch off from the daily grind with your partner, than being worn out and sat on your own. You can even perhaps tease each other a little too, about who is the more tired, poke a bit of fun. This should put paid to any grumpiness from either of you and set the evening off to a flyer on the right path. Sweet!

When you wake in the morning, with your face all crumpled up on the pillow, hair matted and looking just great, who is the first person to see you in this state of glory? That's right, your guy or girl. Whilst you may feel vulnerable, hideous, or if like me, you have no early morning motor system, your partner doesn't care about any of these trivialities, he or she loves you all the same. That is the sweetest feeling right there, no judgments, just acceptance and usually even with a smile. You cannot begin to put a limit on how precious that is and how comforting it feels.

I must admit that I do sometimes have to remind myself of the beauty of being in a loving relationship. So, with your own busy lives, I recommend taking time out each day to ponder just how fortunate you really are, and how as sweet as candy your relationship truly is. That alone should make you look forward to each new day with your honey bee.
