Setting up a squeeze-page (aka opt-in page) is fairly simple. Register your domain name. Next you\'ll need to choose a web host company. Once you do that, you\'ll be assigned your hosting login details. This will allow your site to be live on the internet. Third step is you\'ll need to sign up with an autoresponder company.

Setting up a squeeze-page (aka opt-in page) is fairly simple. Register your domain name. Next you'll need to choose a web host company. Once you do that, you'll be assigned your hosting login details. This will allow your site to be live on the internet. Third step is you'll need to sign up with an autoresponder company.

If you have no idea how to design your squeeze page, just go and find a site whose squeeze-page "look and feel" you like. That's going to be the easiest, quickest and simplest way to get your squeeze page up. Now once you find the squeeze page design you like, I want you to go to the page and use your curser to select the whole page. Copy that whole page and paste it in a Word document. Just to clarify, I'm not telling you to steal the site design you've found. What I'm telling you to do is to borrow the formatting and the look and layout so that you can tweak it to suit your specific needs. You can change the colors and wording of course to suit your market. You're basically using this method to get a ready-made template you can use to produce your own opt-in page. Consider it a personal swipe file - for your purposes of course.

Once you've copied the template, now you can see where the headline needs to go. So, simply rewrite the headline to the one that suits your unique offer. After you've done that, rewrite the bullets so it makes sense. Rewrite whatever the words are around the opt-in box that matches your offer for your readers. Once you've completely altered the page to suit your needs, you need to realize that obviously that opt-in box isn't going to really work because it's in a Word document. Not only that but the opt-in box coding is set up for the site you copied from and it is not yet set up to take the names and email addresses of your visitors. So, simply save the Word document and then consider outsourcing the rest of the project.

If you want to get a head start, why not consider investing a little bit of money. This will allow you to be up and running much quicker than if you tried to learn the ropes yourself. If you're new to setting up squeeze-pages, it can actually be a better option for you, especially if you use a reputable company that already understands how to create squeeze-pages.

Find someone who could do it for you, and say, "Hi, I would like to put up this squeeze page. Can you get it set up for me? I've got it in a Word document." And then he's going to respond back to you with the cost. It may be around $100 or $150 bucks, but it's well worth it since they do an excellent job. It's also no effort on your part really because they already have the expertise. There will be less explaining on your end. But I will tell you, for the frustration, headaches, and the time to learn everything, you're better off using Webmaster4Hire because they can get it up in a couple of days. Once you have it done you can spend the time trying to learn it yourself for your other sites. But if you already are set to go, it's best to just outsource it.

You're also going to need to give him your hosting information which is your cPanel and FTP information. You're given this information when you sign up with your hosting company. They give you all of the necessary hosting details so that you can set up your website live o the internet. Sometimes outsourcing can get you that much further ahead in a shorter amount of time. But it is well worth it!
